Ervin Erős is a senior consultant and project manager with over 20 years of experience in large-scale governmental and international projects. With more than 100 completed initiatives, he is recognized for his expertise in strategic planning, reform processes, HR management, and cross-border governance. As an international expert and trainer, he contributes to capacity-building for institutions across Europe, including work with the Council of Europe, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Oxford Policy Management, the University of Novi Sad, the City of Novi Sad, and the BioSense Institute.
His portfolio includes involvement in the programming and evaluation of cross-border cooperation programmes, as well as the development and supervision of strategic and development plans for major municipalities in the Balkans and for national-level reforms. Holding a Master’s degree in management, economics, and communications, he is regularly engaged as a lecturer, researcher, and advisor on regional development, governance, and institutional strengthening.
